AnatoMiq — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an AnatoMiq account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What AnatoMiq is

AnatoMiq is an interactive 3D anatomy atlas built for medical, dental, nursing and physiotherapy students.

AnatoMiq is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical training, clinical judgment, or licensed healthcare advice, and must not be used to make decisions about patient care.

3. Subscription and payment

Access is $35 per year per student, or $25 per year per student for groups of 5 or more.
Payment is a single annual charge — there is no free trial and no monthly plan.
Payment is made manually via Whish Money; account credentials are issued once payment is confirmed.

4. No refunds

All payments are final. Once your account has been created or renewed, we do not offer refunds, including for partial use, change of mind, or early discontinuation of use. Please make sure AnatoMiq fits your needs before paying — you're welcome to ask questions or request a preview first by contacting us.

5. Your account

Your account is personal to you and for your own use as a student — it may not be shared with others.
Only one device may be actively signed in at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
Your access ends automatically at the end of your paid period unless renewed.
We may suspend or terminate an account that shares credentials, abuses the service, or otherwise violates these terms.

6. Content and data

The 3D models, anatomical data, translations and app content are provided for your personal study use under your subscription and may not be redistributed, resold or used to build a competing product. Notes, drawings and other study data you create remain yours; feedback you send us may be used, without attribution, to improve the app.

7. Availability

AnatoMiq is provided on a best-effort basis. Once installed, it works offline, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change over time as the app improves.

8. Liability

AnatoMiq is an educational tool. We are not liable for decisions made, or outcomes resulting from, reliance on its content in a clinical, academic or any other real-world setting.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use AnatoMiq after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
