Open anatomical data published by AnatoMiq (anatomiq.online) ============================================================== Files in this folder: landmarks.json - named points and regions on skeletal structures landmarks-muscle-attachments.json - muscle origin/insertion regions on bones landmarks-female.json - landmarks transferred onto the female pelvis model translations.json - English / Latin / French names for anatomical structures License: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) Full legal text: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode Why these files are published under CC BY-SA 4.0 -------------------------------------------------- The landmark positions and the French/Latin terminology in these files were derived in part from the Z-Anatomy project (Gauthier Kervyn and contributors, z-anatomy.com), licensed CC BY-SA 4.0. That license requires that any work built from it be shared under the same terms. We publish this derived dataset here to meet that requirement. It does not include the AnatoMiq application itself, its 3D models, its source code, or any user data. Attribution ----------- - Landmark positions and French/Latin terminology (this dataset): based on data from Z-Anatomy (Gauthier Kervyn and contributors), z-anatomy.com, licensed CC BY-SA 4.0, with additions and corrections by AnatoMiq. - Underlying 3D anatomy (BodyParts3D): (c) The Database Center for Life Science, licensed CC BY 4.0 (see https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/lic.html). Not itself covered by this CC BY-SA notice, but credited for context. What you may do ---------------- Use, adapt, and redistribute these files, including commercially, as long as you credit Z-Anatomy and AnatoMiq as above and release any adapted version of THIS dataset under CC BY-SA 4.0 too. This does not apply to the AnatoMiq app itself. Format notes ------------- landmarks*.json: each entry has an id, a parent structure id (structureId), a name in en/la/fr(/ar where available), a 3D position in millimetres in a Z-up coordinate system ("points": [x, y, z], repeated for painted regions), and a "source" field noting where the position came from ("zanatomy" = Z-Anatomy label, "geometry"/"contact" = computed automatically from the 3D mesh geometry, "transfer" = adapted from the male model onto the female pelvis). translations.json: one row per structure id used in the AnatoMiq manifest, with its English name and, where available, Latin and French names.
